SalesRobot has introduced support for more Personalized Variables. This feature helps you create hyper-personalized messages by dynamically adjusting the content based on the available data in your leads’ profiles. This flexibility makes your outreach feel more authentic and tailored to each recipient, increasing engagement and response rates.

How It Works



SalesRobot now supports conditional logic in your messaging, meaning that your messages can adapt to the available data for each lead. If certain variables, such as a mutual connection or volunteer experience, are present, the message will automatically include that personalized information. If no such data is available, the system will default to a more general message. Here’s how the new messaging system works:

Message Breakdown:


- {% if topRecommender %}: If the lead has a top recommender listed on their profile, the message will reference that.
- Example: "P.S. love the rec from John Doe!"

- {% elsif topVolunteerExperience %}: If the lead has volunteer experience, the message will include a mention of that.
- Example: "P.S. great work volunteering at Habitat for Humanity!"

- {% elsif mutualConnectionName %}: If the system detects a mutual connection between you and the lead, it will mention the connection.
- Example: "P.S. we have a mutual connection in Sarah Smith!"

- {% else %}: If none of the above variables are available, the message will still work by sending a more general note.
- Example: "So are you usually active on LinkedIn, how do you find it on here?"
