Advanced Sequences in SalesRobot
Advanced Sequences allow you to automate multi-step outreach workflows in SalesRobot, helping you stay consistent in your engagement with prospects. You can personalize follow-up actions and build relationships by performing specific tasks based on how your initial messages are received.
Navigate to the Campaigns section in SalesRobot and click on "Create Campaign."
After filling in the campaign details and adding your target profiles, move to the Sequence tab where you’ll start setting up your advanced sequence.
In the Sequence tab, you'll see a blank grid where you can visually build your campaign workflow (as shown in the images below).
From the Step Type drop-down menu on the right, select the first step. For example, you might want to start with "Send Connection Request."
Click on Add Step to place it in the grid.
Conditional branches allow you to define separate paths based on whether the prospect responds or ignores your connection request.
You can only add conditional branches after sending a connection request. If the prospect does not accept your request, you can follow up with steps like "View Profile," "Like Post," or "Send Email."
If the request is accepted, you can proceed with actions like "Send Message," "Endorse," or "Like & Comment."
Double-click on any step node in the sequence to customize the execution delay (e.g., wait one day before the next action) or edit the message content.
This customization allows you to space out your outreach and avoid overwhelming the prospect while maintaining continuous engagement.
In the images provided, we see an advanced sequence where:
Initial Step: A connection request is sent. Depending on the prospect’s action, the sequence branches into two paths:
If the request is not accepted, the system waits a day and then views the prospect’s profile, followed by liking or commenting on posts, and eventually sending an email.
If the request is accepted, the system triggers a more direct interaction, such as liking and commenting on the prospect’s posts or endorsing their skills. Afterward, it sends a message to initiate further conversation.
Time-Saving: SalesRobot automatically handles follow-up tasks so you can focus on other leads or tasks.
Personalized Outreach: Conditional branches allow you to build personalized workflows, creating a more organic engagement experience.
Increased Success Rates: The system’s ability to follow up consistently increases your chances of generating responses and leads.
