How To Send Video Messages In SalesRobot?

Why video messages help


Video messages add face value to your outreach.


Seeing a real person builds faster trust than text or audio alone, and video often feels more personal and engaging on LinkedIn. This guide explains how to send pre recorded or freshly recorded video notes.


These are the same video message sent to everyone in the campaign, not personalized videos.


Step by step guide


Create a new campaign


  1. Log in to SalesRobot.


  1. Go to the Campaigns page and click Create campaign.



  1. Choose one option:
  • Create a campaign with LinkedIn
  • Create a campaign with LinkedIn + Email


  1. Select I am an advanced user.


  1. Enter a name for your campaign and continue.


Add people to your campaign


  1. You will land on the Add people to your campaign page.


  1. Choose how you want to add prospects. for example:


  • LinkedIn search
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • CSV upload



  1. Suppose you select LinkedIn search then:


  • Paste your LinkedIn search URL.
  • Click Save.
  • On the next page, configure campaign settings an click "save".


Build sequence


You'll see multiple options to create a sequence, to add voice notes, select "From scratch".


As the first step, select Send connection request. You can choose to either send it blank or with a short personalized message.



Add a video message


Click Send video message for the next step.


You will see three options:


  • Record
  • Upload
  • Use video avatar. To learn how video avatar works, click here.



Choose one option:


  • Upload if you already have a pre recorded video message.
  • Record if you want to record a fresh video message inside SalesRobot.


Important note:Video messages added this way are not personalized. The same video message is sent to every prospect in the campaign.



Add an optional text message


You can add a text message that will be sent after the video message.


This text message can be personalized using variables such as:


  • First name
  • Last name
  • Company name
  • Job title


Now all you have to do is finish you sequence!


Add the remaining steps in your sequence if needed. Adjust delays between steps.


Review everything and launch your campaign.
