  • Copy the URL.

Creating connection request campaign

  • Head over to SalesRobot

  • Click on Create Campaign

  • Select I'm an advanced user and in the next step add a name for your campaign.

  • Select Add from Sales Nav search

  • Paste the copied URL from the Sales Navigator

  • Click on Save

  • Configure settings.

  • In the next steps select how you want to create your sequence and later configure your campaign by adding a connection request message, follow-up messages, and setting the timing for when the messages will be sent.

  • Once you've created your sequence, click Save and Continue.

  • On the next page, select any prospect and click View Complete Sequence to preview the entire sequence exactly as that prospect will receive it. Review your messages one final time, make any necessary edits, and then launch your campaign.

Additional tips for creating effective connection request campaigns:

  • Personalize your messages: Make sure to personalize your connection request and follow-up messages. This will help you stand out from the competition.

  • Use a strong call to action: In your connection request message, be sure to include a strong call to action. This could be something like "Let's connect to discuss how we can help your business grow."

  • Follow up consistently: It is important to follow up with potential customers after you send your initial connection request. This will help you stay top of mind and increase your chances of getting a response.

  • Keep it short and within the character limit: LinkedIn only allows 300 characters in a connection request note. Make your message concise and focused. If you can’t say something meaningful within that limit, it’s better to skip the note entirely.

  • Leave the message blank if you don’t have LinkedIn Premium: Free accounts have limited message visibility, and sometimes notes don’t even show up properly. In that case, it’s smarter to send a blank request and follow up with a personalized message once they accept.
