How To Create An Email Campaign

Here's how to set up your first email campaign.

Step 1: Create a new campaign


Log in to your SalesRobot account.


Go to Campaigns and click Create Campaign.


Select Create Campaign with Email and LinkedIn.



Next, choose I'm an Advanced User and give your campaign a name.

Step 2: Add your prospects


Choose how you'd like to import leads into your campaign.


SalesRobot supports multiple import methods:




For this example, let's use CSV Upload.


Upload your CSV file and continue.



Step 3: Verify your field mapping


On the next page, SalesRobot will map your CSV columns.


Review the mappings carefully and make sure every field is assigned correctly.




If everything looks correct, click Save Data.


Review the imported data one final time, once you're satisfied, continue to Configure Settings.

Step 5: Enable email enrichment


On the Configure Settings page, turn on the Enrich Email toggle.




This allows SalesRobot to find verified professional email addresses for prospects that don't already have one.


Step 6: Build your sequence


Choose how you'd like to create your sequence.


For example, select Start From Scratch.



Option 1: Email-only campaign


If you only want to send emails, make Send Email the first step in your sequence.


Option 2: LinkedIn + Email campaign


If you prefer a multi-channel approach, you can start with actions such as:

  • View Profile
  • Like Post
  • Comment on Post
  • Connection Request
  • LinkedIn Message
  • Email


Step 7: Write your email


Create your email draft.

While writing, you'll also see SalesRobot's AI Message Scorer, which estimates the likelihood of getting a response based on your email content.

Once you're happy with the draft, save it.



Step 8: Add follow-ups


Build the rest of your sequence.


For email-only campaigns, we recommend adding 3 to 4 follow-up emails.


For LinkedIn + Email campaigns, you can combine actions such as:


  • Profile views
  • Post engagement
  • Connection requests
  • LinkedIn messages
  • Emails

Arrange the steps in whatever order fits your outreach strategy, add delays between steps.


When finished, click Save and Continue.

Step 9: Select your sending account


Choose the email account you'd like to send emails from.




Confirm your selection and continue.

Step 10: Preview your campaign


Before launching, SalesRobot gives you a complete preview of your sequence.




You can review exactly how the campaign will appear for each prospect, including every step and message in the sequence.


If everything looks good, click Start Campaign.


Your email campaign is now live!
