How to Add Prospects to Your Campaign Using Leadlists

The Lead List feature lets you save a prospect list and reuse them across multiple campaigns.


Instead of importing prospects every time, you can simply select a saved list and launch your campaign faster.


Part 1: Create a Lead List


Step 1: Go to Lead Lists


In SalesRobot, navigate to: Advanced → Agency View → Lead List


Here, you’ll see all your existing lead lists.


Step 2: Create a New Lead List


Click on Create New Lead List. and enter a name for your lead list and click Save.




Step 3: Add Prospects to Your Lead List


On the next page, choose how you want to add prospects.


Available options include:




For example, if you choose LinkedIn search URL:


Go to LinkedIn, search for your target prospects using keywords, apply filters, and copy the search URL.


Paste this URL into SalesRobot here:




Step 4: Configure Scraping Options


Next, select:


• The LinkedIn account you want to use for scraping

• Whether to enable Fast Fetch (fetches prospects in one go instead of batches)



Choose your preferred settings and click Create Lead List.

Your lead list will now be created and saved for future use.


Part 2: Create a Campaign Using a Lead List


Once your lead list is ready, you can use it in any campaign.


Step 1: Create a New Campaign


Go to the Campaigns section and click Create Campaign.


Enter a campaign name and choose how you want to create it:

• LinkedIn

• LinkedIn + Email


Step 2: Choose I’m an advanced user


Step 3: Add Prospects from Lead List


On the “Add people to your campaign” step, select Add from Lead List. You’ll see a dropdown where you can choose your saved lead list.

If you haven’t created one yet, you can also click Create New Lead List from the top right and follow the steps above.


Step 4: Optional Settings


You can enable the Skip Duplicates toggle. When turned on, prospects already included in other campaigns within the same account will be skipped.




Step 5: Complete Campaign Setup


Click Save Data, then continue with the setup:


• Configure campaign settings

• Build your campaign sequence


Once everything is ready, start your campaign.


Your campaign will now use the selected lead list as its prospect source.
