Using Campaign Templates
You can save much time and ensure consistency between campaigns by creating and using templates in SalesRobot.
Here is a step-by-step process for setting up and using templates:
Start a New Campaign: Go to the Campaigns tab and click on Create New Campaign.
Design Your Campaign: Set up your campaign with the sequence, messaging, and settings you want to include.
Save as Template: Once you have set up your campaign, click the Save as Template button. This will give you an option to name this template so that you can identify it easily.
Access Your Templates: Create a new campaign and choose one of the following options by clicking Use Template.
Select Your Template: Scroll through your saved templates to select the one you want to use.
Customize: At this point, you'll want to change the template to suit your new campaign.
Using templates makes it simple and easy to set up a campaign so that you can be fast in running consistent and effective campaigns.
