Streamline Your Inbox with SalesRobot Filters
An efficient inbox certainly holds the key to being organized about what really matters in life. With SalesRobot, at the core of it—the Smart Inbox is enriched with loads of powerful filters, which can be useful in sailing through messages quickly and easily.

Below is an image of the filters available within the SalesRobot smart inbox:
Search Inbox - This search window is used to find some specific messages or contacts.
Filter by account - The filter shows messages from your current account.
Filter by Campaigns - This filter allows viewing of all the messages under selected campaigns.
More Filters This button opens a window menu that has other filters you can apply in your inbox.
Other filters available in "More Filters" menu:
Mark Read On Click - When activated, this filter will mark messages as read by clicking on them.
Show Failed - This filter allows for a view of those messages which have failed to send.
Reply Sequence Enabled - This filter will show which messages form part of the reply sequence.
Completed - This filter will show messages that have been completed.
Filter by status - This allows one to see the messages, like replied, unread, paused, archived, or new.
Filter by tags - This view allows users to see the messages by tags.
To add a new tag for a message:
Click on the + New Tag button present next to the name of your prospect.
Enter the name of the tag and hit "Enter" on your keyboard.
To filter the messages by tags:
Select the Filter by tags button.
Choose the tags you want to filter by.
