How to Check Your Current Plan
- Open SalesRobot and go to the Accounts page.
- At the top, look for a button that shows Your Plan.
- Hover over it to see your current plan.
- Click the button for more details.
How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
If you're on a free trial:
- Go to the Accounts page.
- Click Buy Subscriptions.
- Choose your plan and quantity.
- Click Pay to start your subscription.
If you're already on a plan:
- Head to the Accounts page.
- Click on the Your Plan button at the top.
- You’ll see your current plan and options to upgrade or downgrade.
How to Find Invoices & Edit Payment Info
- Go to the Accounts page.
- Click the three dots (⋯) beside your account.
- Select Invoice from the menu.
- A popup will appear—click the link to open your billing portal.
- In the portal, you can download invoices or update your card details.
How to Transfer Billing to Someone Else
- Add the new person's account to your system.
- Make sure their account is in Trial Expired mode.
- Go to the Accounts page and click the three dots next to the old account.
- Choose Transfer Billing from the menu.
- Select the new account from the list and click Transfer.
- The old account will disconnect—go ahead and delete it if no longer needed.
Note: Make sure both accounts are in the same system for this to work.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Open the Accounts page.
- Click the three dots (⋯) beside your account.
- Choose Cancel Subscription.
- A 3-step window will appear on the right.
- Review and confirm, pick a reason, and decide if you want to proceed.
Note: You will still have access until your billing period ends.
