Manage Your SalesRobot Plan and Billing


How to Check Your Current Plan


  • Open SalesRobot and go to the Accounts page.

  • At the top, look for a button that shows Your Plan.



  • Hover over it to see your current plan.



  • Click the button for more details.



How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan


If you're on a free trial:


  • Go to the Accounts page.

  • Click Buy Subscriptions.



  • Choose your plan and quantity.

  • Click Pay to start your subscription.



If you're already on a plan:


  • Head to the Accounts page.

  • Click on the Your Plan button at the top.



  • You’ll see your current plan and options to upgrade or downgrade.



How to Find Invoices & Edit Payment Info


  • Go to the Accounts page.

  • Click the three dots (⋯) beside your account.

  • Select Invoice from the menu.

  • A popup will appear—click the link to open your billing portal.

  • In the portal, you can download invoices or update your card details.



How to Transfer Billing to Someone Else


  • Add the new person's account to your system.

  • Make sure their account is in Trial Expired mode.



  • Go to the Accounts page and click the three dots next to the old account.

  • Choose Transfer Billing from the menu.



  • Select the new account from the list and click Transfer.



  • The old account will disconnect—go ahead and delete it if no longer needed.


Note: Make sure both accounts are in the same system for this to work.


How to Cancel Your Subscription


  • Open the Accounts page.

  • Click the three dots (⋯) beside your account.

  • Choose Cancel Subscription.



  • A 3-step window will appear on the right.

  • Review and confirm, pick a reason, and decide if you want to proceed.


Note: You will still have access until your billing period ends.
