How to Check Your Current Plan
Open SalesRobot and go to the Accounts page.
At the top, look for a button that shows Your Plan.

Hover over it to see your current plan.

Click the button for more details.

How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan
If you're on a free trial:
Go to the Accounts page.
Click Buy Subscriptions.

Choose your plan and quantity.
Click Pay to start your subscription.

If you're already on a plan:
Head to the Accounts page.
Click on the Your Plan button at the top.

You’ll see your current plan and options to upgrade or downgrade.

How to Find Invoices & Edit Payment Info
Go to the Accounts page.
Click the three dots (⋯) beside your account.
Select Invoice from the menu.
A popup will appear—click the link to open your billing portal.
In the portal, you can download invoices or update your card details.

How to Transfer Billing to Someone Else
Add the new person's account to your system.
Make sure their account is in Trial Expired mode.

Go to the Accounts page and click the three dots next to the old account.
Choose Transfer Billing from the menu.

Select the new account from the list and click Transfer.

The old account will disconnect—go ahead and delete it if no longer needed.
Note: Make sure both accounts are in the same system for this to work.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
Open the Accounts page.
Click the three dots (⋯) beside your account.
Choose Cancel Subscription.

A 3-step window will appear on the right.
Review and confirm, pick a reason, and decide if you want to proceed.
Note: You will still have access until your billing period ends.
