SalesRobot's Inbox Tags offer a powerful tool to streamline your communication within the platform. By effectively utilizing tags, you can categorize chats, track conversations, and manage your sales pipeline efficiently.

Understanding Inbox Tags


Think of Inbox Tags as digital labels you can apply to your chats. These tags act as filters, allowing you to easily organize and prioritize your conversations. Whether it's a potential lead, a satisfied customer, or someone requiring follow-up, tags help you keep track of where each prospect stands in the sales process.

Accessing Inbox Tags


Navigate to the Inbox tab in the SalesRobot interface.
Locate a chat you want to tag.
Click on New Tag at the top of the chat window.





Lead Stage: Categorize your leads by stage in the sales funnel (e.g., "Prospect," "Qualified Lead," "Decision Maker").
Interest Level: Track the prospect's level of engagement (e.g., "Interested," "Needs More Info," "Not a Fit").
Action Required: Mark chats that need your next step (e.g., "Follow Up," "Send Proposal," "Schedule Demo").
