Importing Data into SalesRobot's Prospect Pool
Welcome to the world of Prospect Pool - Fetch Data! This powerful tool is designed to streamline your lead generation process by allowing you to efficiently extract data from your Sales Navigator searches and distribute it across multiple accounts without requiring additional Sales Navigator subscriptions.
In this guide, we'll delve into the step-by-step process of using Prospect Pool - Fetch Data, provide valuable tips for maximizing its effectiveness, and address common questions you may encounter.
Go to the Prospect Pool page.
Click on Prospect action.
Click on Add prospects.
Click on Add from sales Now search.
Go to your Sales Navigator account and do a search.
Copy the search URL.
Go back to SalesRobot and paste the search URL.
Click on Save.
Configure the Settings.
Select the account from which you want to scrape the data. Add a tag to this prospects list.
Click on Save.
The data will start fetching. You can see the progress on the LinkedIn searches tab.
Tips
Avoid using the Fast sync option if possible, in the Configure Settings, as this might alert LinkedIn.
Tag your searches and prospects so that you can easily identify them later.

This feature is available for all SalesRobot users and is a great way to save money on Sales Navigator subscriptions.
You can run campaigns on up to 10 different accounts using the Prospect Pool - Fetch Data feature.
