How to Transfer Billing

This guide will walk you through the simple steps to transfer billing information from one account to another, ensuring a smooth transition.

Add the new employee's account to your system.
Make sure the new employee's account is in Trail Expired mode.


Click on the three dots next to the old employee's account.
Select "Transfer Billing" from the drop-down menu.


Select the new employee's account from the list.
Click "Transfer".


The billing will be transferred to the new employee's account and the old employee's account will be disconnected.
Delete the old employee's account.

Additional Tips:



The new employee's account must be in Trail Expired mode for the transfer to work.
You can only transfer billing from one account to another account within the same system.
