How To See Failed Prospects In Target Profiles And How To Reset Them
If you are using Sales Robot to automate your sales outreach, you may occasionally encounter prospects whose sequences have failed. In this guide, we will show you how to view these failed prospects and how to reset their sequences so that you can continue your outreach efforts.
Viewing Failed Prospects
Go to your Campaigns page in Sales Robot.
Click on the Prospects tab.
Click on the filter icon next to the States column.
Select Failed from the list of options.
Click OK. This will display a list of all prospects whose sequences have failed.
Resetting Failed Sequences
Select the prospects whose sequences you want to reset. You can select multiple prospects at once as well.
Click on the Bulk Operations button.
Select Resume Sequences from the list of options.
Click OK. This will resume the sequences for the selected prospects from where they left off.
Additional Info
You can also view paused and running prospects by selecting these options in the filter menu.
If you are not sure why a sequence failed, you can check the prospect's profile for more information.
