How To Reset Prospect Fetch in SalesRobot
Problem:
If the number of prospects that needed to be added in the campaigns are still zero, even if you have setup the campaigns correctly, imported contacts/ entered the correct search URL.
Solution:
You can reset the prospect fetch in SalesRobot to try fetching the prospects again. If the issue still persists, you can contact the SalesRobot technical team for assistance.
Steps:
Click on the three dots next to your campaign in Sales Robot.
Click on "Reset Prospect Fetch".
Wait for one hour.
If the prospects have not been added to your search, contact the SalesRobot technical team.
