How to Move Prospects from Inbox to a New Campaign
With the help of SalesRobot, it is easy to add prospects from your Inbox to another campaign. This transition is going to be smooth if you follow these easy steps:
Going to Your Inbox:
• Log into your account on SalesRobot.
• Hit the Inbox button from the main dashboard.
Prospect Selection:
Find the prospect(s) you want to move. Use the search function or scroll through your messages.
Choose the Campaign:
Once you have selected the prospects, click on the button.
You will now see a menu of different actions. Select the Add to campaign button.
Confirm and Add:
A list of your campaigns will appear. Choose the campaign you want to add the prospects to.
Review what you have selected and make sure that you have the right campaign.
Click Add to campaign to move the selected prospects into the new campaign.
Checking the Campaign:
Go to Campaigns dashboard and verify whether the prospects are added.
Now you can follow up on these prospects and manage them using the new campaign
