How To Mark Chats Read or Mark Replied

There are 3 ways to mark chats read or mark replied in SalesRobot.

Method 1: Manually


Go to the Inbox tab.
Click on the chat that you want to mark as read or replied.
Click on the eye icon to mark as replied.



Method 2: Using Filters


Go to the Inbox tab.
Click on the More Filters button.
Select Mark Read on Click.
Click on the chat that you want to mark as replied.



Method 3: Marking All Chats Read


Go to the Inbox tab.
Select all of the chats that you want to mark as read.
Click on the Mark All Read button.



By following these steps, you can easily mark chats read or replied in SalesRobot.
