Sales Robot | CSV Mapping For Custom Column

Ever wanted to include a unique data point specific to your needs within your Sales Robot campaign sequences? Look no further than CSV Mapping for Custom Columns! This feature allows you to leverage data from your CSV files to personalize your outreach efforts.

Here's how to create a custom column using CSV Mapping:

Create a Campaign and Select "Import from CSV": Begin by creating a new campaign and selecting the "Import from CSV" option to fetch your prospect data.

Upload Your CSV File: Upload your CSV file containing prospect data into your Sales Robot campaign. For this example, we'll assume the file includes a custom column named "**videO**."

Map the Columns: In the next window, map the columns in your CSV file with the pre-defined columns like Name, Email, and Company.

Select Custom Column for "videO": For the videO field, select Custom column. This indicates that this field contains unique data that needs to be mapped separately.

Once done you will see the corresponding data appear for the Custom column.

Click Save Data: Once you've mapped all the columns, click Save data to proceed.

Review the CSV: Before finalizing your campaign, review the CSV data to ensure that the mapping is correct and the custom column "videO" is populated accurately.

Additional Tips:

Ensure your CSV file format is compatible with Sales Robot (typically .csv or .xlsx).
Double-check the mapping between your custom column and the corresponding data in your CSV to avoid errors.
Use clear and concise column names for easy understanding.

By utilizing CSV Mapping for Custom Columns, you unlock a powerful way to tailor your SalesRobot campaigns for maximum impact and engagement!
