How to Edit and Delete Templates in SalesRobot

Need to make changes to your SalesRobot templates? This guide will show you how to edit and delete them easily.

To edit a template in SalesRobot:

Go to the template you want to edit.
Click on the three dots by the side of the template.
Click on Edit.


Select From Scratch option
Click on the pen icon by the side of the template you want to edit.


Make your changes.
Click on Done.


In the following screen, click on Continue


Edit the name and description for the updated template if needed.
Click on Save

To delete a template in SalesRobot:

Go to the template you want to delete.
Click on the three dots by the side of the template.
Click on Delete.


Confirm that you want to delete the template.
