How to Create a Multichannel Sequence Using Sales Navigation Search on SalesRobot?
SalesRobot lets you reach out to prospects across both email and LinkedIn, maximizing your outreach potential. This guide will walk you through creating a multi-channel campaign, combining email and LinkedIn messages for a powerful one-two punch.
Create Your Campaign: Head to the Campaigns tab and click Create Campaign. Give your campaign a name.
Target Audience: Choose how you'll identify your prospects. You can upload a CSV file containing email addresses or leverage other options available in SalesRobot.
Target Using LinkedIn/Sales nav Search
Click Add from LinkedIn Search. Paste the search URL generated from your filtered LinkedIn search (similar to the process described in the "How To Reach Out 1st Degree Connections From LinkedIn" article).
SalesRobot can optionally collect email addresses of your existing connections (requires enabling Enrich Email in "Configuration settings").
Email Step: Click on Add Step and choose Send Email. Craft your email message. You can personalize emails by using merge tags like {{ first_name }}, {{ company_name }}, etc.
LinkedIn Step (Optional): After adding an email step, you can add a Send Message step to follow up on LinkedIn. Compose your LinkedIn message, keeping it concise and engaging.
You can create a multi-step sequence with follow-up emails or LinkedIn messages at set intervals.
This helps ensure your message gets seen and increases your chances of a response.
Once you have your email and LinkedIn message steps (and any follow-ups) configured, click Save.
Review your campaign details and then click Start Campaign to initiate outreach.
