How to Create a Message Template in SalesRobot

Tired of manually crafting each message? Discover how to create reusable templates in SalesRobot to save time and improve your outreach.

Go to the Templates tab.
Click on the Create Template button.


Select the type of template you want to create.



Enter the content of your message. You can use variables like {{ first_name }}, {{ company_name }}, and {{ job_title }} to personalize your message.
Click on Done.


Add more templates that can be used for follow-up for the initial message template you just created.
Click on Continue.


Name your template and add a description (optional).
Click on Save.



Your template will now be saved and you can use it in your campaigns.
