How to Continue a Sequence After a Lead’s Response

That's where our reply sequence feature comes in handy that allows you to create follow-up messages directly from the smart inbox.

It allows unpausing the sequence so that SalesRobot can further perform automated actions for a lead in case of an unclear response. You can access this option from the lead's Inbox page.
Simply hit the button highlighted in the above image, setup your sequence, and SalesRobot will start right from where it stopped.
