How to Avoid Duplicate Leads in Your Campaigns?
Now, if you are working with teammates inside SalesRobot and all of you target the same audience, you can avoid adding the exact same leads into many various campaigns in your team. That keeps you safe from duplicate messages and lets you remain efficient in your outreach.
Here's how to use this feature:
You can enable this feature while creating campaigns in the Configure Settings screen. Just enable the toggle: Skip if in other campaigns .
In the Campaigns Dashboard, click on Edit Campaign under Actions category.
Switch to Configurations Tab
Enable the option Don't add people already present in other campaigns in your account
Click Save.
The above option will exclude from your campaigns the leads that are already inside your teammates' campaigns. This way, you won't risk contacting the same lead once again, but focus on reaching new ones.
