Customer Management for Whitelabel
Once you have activated your Whitelabel, you can start managing your customers.
Here are some of the things you can do:
View customer information: You can view a customer's name, email address, registration date, trial period, trial start date, status, number of LinkedIn accounts, number of campaigns, and number of paying accounts.
Add tags to customers: You can add tags to customers to categorize them.
Switch to a customer's account: You can switch to a customer's account to help them set up their account or perform other actions.
Add billing to a customer's account: If you are not using our chargebee integration to enable automatic billing, you will need to manually bill your customers. You can do this by adding billing to their account in your white label account.
Delete a customer: You can delete a customer if you don't want them to have access to your SalesRobot account.
