Customer Management for Whitelabel

Once you have activated your Whitelabel, you can start managing your customers.

Client accounts are added by registering them one by one at the white label URL using an incognito window.


Here are some of the things you can do:


  • View customer information: You can view a customer's name, email address, registration date, trial period, trial start date, status, number of LinkedIn accounts, number of campaigns, and number of paying accounts.



  • The "Switch to User" button allows white label admins to access a client's Salesrobot workspace.


  • Add tags to customers: You can add tags to customers to categorize them.


  • Within a client's workspace, admins can set up campaigns, view inboxes, monitor success, and review all campaigns.


  • To return to the main admin account, use "Domain Settings" then "Go back to my account."


Billing and Account Activation


  • For clients who pay outside Salesrobot (e.g., bank transfer), activate their accounts by switching to their customer view.


  • To activate a LinkedIn account, copy its email ID, search for it in the Sales console, and update its status
