AI Filtering - Filter Prospects

AI Filtering helps you refine your prospect list beyond the filters available in LinkedIn or Sales Navigator.


It analyzes each profile based on a prompt you define and decides whether the prospect should be included in your campaign.


This helps remove irrelevant profiles and keeps your campaign focused on the right prospects.

Step 1: Create a New Campaign


Go to the Campaigns section in SalesRobot.


Click Create Campaign and select Create campaign with LinkedIn


Enter a name for your campaign and click Save.



Next, copy the search URL from LinkedIn Search or Sales Navigator.


Paste the search URL into the field provided in SalesRobot and click Save.


SalesRobot will use this search to import prospects into your campaign.


Step 3: Enable AI Filtering


As you proceed in the campaign setup, you will see the AI Filtering option.


Enable this option to add an additional filtering layer to your campaign. This allows the system to evaluate each prospect based on the criteria you define.


Step 4: Write Your AI Filter Prompt


Next, write a prompt describing your ideal prospect.


For example, you could write something like:

CEOs in the software development industry


SalesRobot also provides example prompts that you can modify.


For instance:

Finance directors at SaaS companies


You can adjust this example to something like:

CEOs at SaaS companies based in New York


Step 5: Use Available Profile Tags


You can also use merge tags to make the prompt more precise.


Available tags include information such as:


• Job title

• Company name

• Company website

• Other profile details


These tags help the AI analyze the profile data more accurately.


Step 6: Save the AI Filter


Once your prompt is ready, click Save to apply the AI filter. Then click Use to add the filter to your campaign.


Continue with the campaign setup by clicking Save and Continue.


Step 7: Build Your Campaign Sequence


Create your campaign sequence as usual.


You can add steps such as:


• Connection requests

• Follow up messages

• Additional outreach steps


Once your sequence is ready, click Save and Continue.


Step 9: Launch Your Campaign


Once your filters and sequence are ready, you can start your campaign.


AI filtering will continue evaluating incoming prospects to make sure only relevant profiles are included.


How AI Filtering works:


When prospects are imported from your LinkedIn search, SalesRobot evaluates each profile using the AI filter. The system returns a simple decision for each profile: Yes or No If a profile matches your prompt, it will be included in the campaign sequence. If it does not match the criteria, the profile will still appear in the scraped list but will not be added to the campaign execution.For example, if your prompt targets "CEOs at SaaS companies" and the profile belongs to a managing director at a mechanical services company, that profile will be excluded.
